The Arts
Ministries of Calvary Chapel Worship Center are ministries of excellence that
are constantly striving to utilize the talents we have been given for the glory
of God. Through our Drama and Expressions
ministries, we offer the opportunity for our congregation to express
themselves through the dramatic Arts. Integrating with our
Mentorship Program,
people raised up in our department can minister back to the
congregation and/or be given the appropriate connections to share
their talents wherever they have a calling.

Every year we reach out into our community with three annual
productions. Seasonally at Christmas, Easter, and the Fourth of
July, the Production Department of Calvary Chapel Worship Center
puts on productions to minister to the community. These productions
range from choral cantatas to dramatic performances. Throughout the
community our church has been known for its critically acclaimed
productions, however the heart of this ministry has been and always
will be to affect the lives and hearts of the community God has
placed us in.

CCWC
Worship Choir
The choir ministry meets on the
2nd floor of the EpiCentre in room 400. Take the elevator to the 2nd level. Pass
through the west loft and through the double doors. The choir room is the last
set of doors on the left side before the stairs. To join the CCWC Worship Choir
please attend a Choir Visitor Orientation meeting held every Sunday, at 10 am,
upstairs in room 400 of the EpiCentre.
Here at CCWC, we believe that worship is a vital part of the
services in preparing hearts for the message and stirring up the
body of Christ. We are not an audition group – we are seeking
worshippers that want to be involved in praising the power down and
seeing God’s power released in people’s lives!! We are a part of
the awesome services here at CCWC, plus participate in several
productions here at the church during the year. So, if you have the
talent or just love to make a joyful noise….we want you!
We have three choirs to choose from and we rehearse on Sunday
mornings during 2nd service.

CCWC Mentorship Program for the Arts Workshop
This workshop is held throughout the year. More info on times and dates coming soon.
This workshop is for anyone interested in participating in
any of the departments within the Production Ministry such as choir, worship
bands, drama, dance, soloist, ensemble, leadership and technical.
The workshop will include teaching about the structure of
these ministries, your giftings and calling and how they can be used in the
body of Christ.

Expressions
Worship Arts Ministry
“Go through
the gates! Prepare the way for the
people. Take out the stones and lift up a banner for the
people to see!”
Expressions is a service ministry to proclaim hope to GOD’s
people through the worship arts; to cause them to lift their eyes in gladness
and see the salvation of their GOD.
If you feel a call to dance ministry and would like to
learn more about how to minister through dance using visuals that speak hope
and life while proclaiming GOD’s Word through movement and flags, please
contact us for more information. Expressions meets Wednesday evenings from
6:00-9:00pm in the Epicentre and ministers in both the service and outreach
areas of the church.

Mentoring Arts Team
“The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the plans of His heart to all generations.”
Halal is a mentoring ministry to Middle school youth
who feel a call to minister through the arts, by developing creativity in
expressing GOD’s Word. Using the Gospel
as the foundation of expression, this team will learn foundational truths in
the differences between performing and ministering, and to glorify the Lord
through movement, and incorporating, drama, dance, flags, instruments of
worship and tumbling.
We meet every Wednesday for instruction and
rehearsal from
5:00 -6:00pm on the Epicentre platform. Black and white modest dance attire
required.

Visual Gospel
Drama Service Ministry
“So now brethren, I commend you to GOD, and to the
Word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance
among all those who are sanctified.”
Visual Gospel is a service ministry of the church
which brings an illustration picture to GOD’s Word. Preach the Gospel through dramatic
presentations and see GOD move on the hearts of people to turn and follow Him
as they receive revelation understanding to what He is saying in this hour.
