Volunteer @ CCWC
It is great
to see that you want to begin serving at CCWC. Serving is at the heart of God,
and it should be a part of every believer’s journey. The Lord has great works for you to do that He has prepared for you. Eph 2:10 "For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
If you would
like to begin serving at CCWC, you will first need to fill out a Ministry
Placement Application. You can print an application out at home or get one from the church. The link to print it out at home is below the words "Want to start serving?" They are also located on the back wall of the main sanctuary.
We run a
background check on everyone who serves in the church from door-greeter to
teacher, and there is a $20 fee to run the check. This is mainly to protect the
children against predators. We are not looking for people with perfect pasts,
we are just taking extra care of your children by making it a safe place for
them to worship, be taught and cared for.
You may
already know where you want to begin serving, but if you don’t, please know that
we are also here to help you find a place to serve in the church that suits your
giftings and talents. There are many areas available for you to get involved
in, so don’t think that there is nothing for you. It is truly
exciting to experience all the things God is doing through Calvary Chapel Worship Center. You are a vital part of the body
of Christ, and it will be great working next to you.
