Looking for some good information about healthy eating. We offer healthy cooking classes in the Ministry center kitchen every other Friday from 10am to noon.  There is a $7 fee for this class.

First Place
Were your New Year's resolution to be healthier and to loose weight?  We do the nationwide First Place weight loss program every Friday at 1pm in room 209 of the Epicentre.  There is a $5 fee.
