James

result of endurance = growth into a mature man or woman of God

But if any of you lacks wisdom let him ask of God who gives to ALL men
GENEROUSLY and without reproach and it will be given to

wisdom = you must place your faith in Jesus and be

His
desire is that ALL men will be saved d.

But let him ask in faith without any doubting for the one who doubts is like the
surf of the sea driven and tossed by the wind

We
must believe in Jesus or we will receive nothing

We
must build faith by experiencing the power of God f.
The

Double minded does not refer to an immature faith, it refers to an insincere

Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God” for God cannot be
tempted by evil and He Himself does not tempt anyone

God is

process of sin: a.
VV14-16 “But each one is tempted when he is carried
away and enticed by his own DESIRE. Then when lust has conceived it gives birth
to sin and when DISOBEDIENCE is accomplished it brings for DEATH. Do not be
DECEIVED my beloved brothers”(Notice the absence of any reference to the

We are

Desire
